フィリピンの産業
BPOとは、ビジネスプロセスアウトソーシングの略で、企業運営上の業務、またはビジネ
スプロセスを外部専門業者に業務委託を行う事である。
例えば、有名なものはコールセンターをフィリピンに置くなど、外部委託業務を行っているし、ソフトウェアの制作、プログラミングや、コンテンツの制作なども、最近ではITアウトソーシングとして、BPO産業の中でも増加傾向にある。
フィリピンのBPO産業は、近年増加傾向であり、市場動向でいうと、2009年は＄72億で2010年は＄90億、2011年は＄110億と右肩上がりである。 やはり、安価な人件費と語学力の高さから注目され続けている。2011年段階でGDPの５％程度となっており、まだまだ伸びる余地があると思う。
フィリピンでは海外労働が外貨獲得の主要産業であり、日本にも２０万人以上のフィリピン人が働いていると言われている。
今後、フィリピンでのBPO産業が発展し、主要産業となったとき海外労働者は国内で働きだすのであろうか、その時に一番困るのは日本ではないのであろうかと、、、。
BPO stands for Business Process Outsourcing, refers to the outsourcing to a specialist companies operational business and business processes. For example most famous BPO industry is "call centre". Nowadays increasing new BPO businesses that make new wave in industries by making software orprogramming of software, and make some contents is IT outsourcing.
I think that BPO business in the Philippines become big market , because it's scales USD 72 hundred million in 2009, 90 hundred million in 2010, 110 hundred million in 2011 as a period of continue economic growth. Because Philippines have reasonable personnel and they have high quality ability for languages. The market's scales is still only 5% all of the Philippines GDP, So I may think that's more bigger than nowadays.
Anyways, in the Philippines they have many overseas assignment that is main gain of foreign currency. And there are more than 200,000 Filipino people working in Japan.
In the future, if BPO market become main market of the Philippines, I guess almost all their worker are working in their country already.
So, I wondered if that happens, Japan have most difficulty in getting workers at that time.
