私から見たフィリピン２

フィリピンの気候

　当然、赤道近くの南国の為、寒い事はないですが、夜になると冷える事はありますので、長袖のパーカー 程度は必要かもしれません。

基本的には、日本のように四季はなく、当然雪はふりません。季節としては、雨期と乾期に別れます、雨期は６月〜１０月程度、乾期が１１月〜５月程度となります。

　 気温は常に暖かいです、ただ東京の夏のようなコンクリートジャングルから照り返すような猛暑ではない為、個人的には非常に快適な気候だと感じます。

　また、フィリピンは台風の生産地として有名ですが、台風の多い季節１０月〜１１月です、幸いな事に、私はフィリピンに来てから大きな被害には有った事はないですが、２０１３年１１月にフィリピンのレイテ島に直撃した、「ヨランダ台風」は死者２３００人以上という大きな損害をもたらしました。

　しかしながら、セブ島においては、大きな被害なかったと聞いてますが、セブ島にはレイテ島から出稼ぎにきている方がたくさんいらっしゃいます。レイテ島からセブ島に移住しビキニバー働く女性などは、大抵は貧しい人々です、そういう意味では被害は今も続いているのかもしれません。

　Philippines is a country near the equator of the Earth. Philippines isn't cold but sometimes become frigid at night. If you think of going in the Philippines,you better prepare to bring some hoodies. They don't have four seasons like in Japan. Of course, their's no snow in the Philippines. They have two seasons, such as the rainy season, and the dry season. The rainy season is from Jun to October, the dry season is from November to  May. 

  The country temperature is always hot but it's different of feeling hot of Tokyo, that is the reflected heat from the asphalt road. So in my opinion, the climate of the Philippines is good .

  Philippines is famous as a place that experience typhoon. Mostly, typhoon season is from October to November .I don't have any experienced or received damage by the typhoon until now since I came here. But typhoon Yolanda direct hit Leyte Island (an island near Cebu) that give great damage to the people, infrastructure, and all things among other. It has killed many people more or less 2,300.

  I heard that it does not create greater damage in Cebu, but I know many people came from Leyte to Cebu to earn a living. For example, women who are working in a bar move from Leyte to Cebu  because they almost lost everything so I think that Typhoon Yolanda continue to give damage up until now to the people.
